Role Description - Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed; - Performs operational administrative tasks, as needed; - Configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer; - Participates in Continual Service Improvement activities, as required by customer demands; - Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases; - Collaborates with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability; - Plans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders, as needed; - Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value; - Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed; - Directly support the implementation of ServiceNow in Cloud environment; - Partner with leadership to maintain and drive towards an aggressive and sustainable ServiceNow implementation; - Evaluate and work with the customer to define next phases of the ServiceNow roadmap; - Prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts; - Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems; - Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application. Qualifications - Experience developing test scripts and plans; - Candidate must be able to handle a fast paced environment and multitask; - Experience working on an agile team; - Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required; - Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field; - Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features; - Experience in a Managed Services environment; - Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL; - Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation; - Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow; - Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment; - Effectively collaborate with other engineers remotely; - Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
