• Open the Australian market from the ground up — build Sitemark's presence, pipeline, and first customer base. • Build and own a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Drive relentless outreach and follow-up to win attention and secure meetings. • Deliver persuasive pitches that translate Sitemark's value into tangible business outcomes. • Negotiate confidently and close deals with enterprise stakeholders. • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets. • Represent Sitemark at events, conferences, and customer meetings across Australia.

Job Requirements

  • Based in Australia, with native-level English and strong cultural affinity for the market.
  • Proven B2B “hunter” sales experience (2–5 years minimum), with a strong record of closing deals and beating targets.
  • A self-starter with serious ownership and initiative — you take the lead and make things happen without waiting for direction.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — you don't just manage accounts, you win them.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia to secure and grow business.
  • Nice to have: Prior exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Additional languages.

Role Description Joint Academy is redefining how musculoskeletal (MSK) care is delivered. Our AI-powered platform combines Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) with a Home Exercise Program, helping PT, orthopedic, and pain-management clinics create new reimbursable revenue streams while improving patient outcomes. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. - Documented track record of exceeding quota (top 10-20% performer). - Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and drive to win. - Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with decision-makers. - Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus, not required. - Willingness to travel 20-30% for conferences and key meetings.
