Our AI-powered platform combines Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) with a Home Exercise Program, helping PT, orthopedic, and pain-management clinics create new reimbursable revenue streams while improving patient outcomes. You'll own the full sales cycle across the U.S. for PT clinics, orthopedic groups, and MSK networks. This is a hunter role with a mix of warm inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities. Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across the U.S. - Deliver impactful demos showing how clinics can add new revenue streams, improve patient engagement, and elevate clinical outcomes. - Execute sales plans to consistently hit and exceed quota. - Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure rapid implementation and fast time-to-value (<30 days to first RTM payment). - Build and manage pipeline through outbound (LinkedIn, email, events) while converting inbound leads. - Represent Joint Academy at conferences and industry events. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. - Documented track record of exceeding quota (top 10-20% performer). - Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and drive to win. - Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with decision-makers. - Experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus, not required. - Willingness to travel 20-30% for conferences and key meetings.
