• Stand up and lead a fit-for-purpose global compliance function across all markets where the company operates • Develop the policies, controls, and monitoring systems needed to meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously • Take ownership of all AML and KYC obligations, including those tied to capital raises and institutional transactions • Establish the company's approach to data governance, with a particular focus on handling sensitive user and stakeholder information at scale • Ensure full alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable international privacy frameworks • Work cross-functionally with technology leadership to ensure compliance is built into the product, not bolted on • Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and operational risk across the business on an ongoing basis • Create an internal audit function that gives the CEO and Board reliable, timely insight into compliance posture • Serve as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel and regulators across all operating regions • Own the company's Code of Conduct and ensure it is embedded meaningfully across a globally distributed team • Design and deliver training on ethics, anti-corruption (FCPA), and conduct standards

• Provide strategic in-house legal support focused on complex vendor contracts, technology agreements, and healthcare regulatory matters • Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements • Oversee the contract lifecycle (intake to renewal) while collaborating closely with business stakeholders • Advise on MSO-style practice management, physician operations, and enterprise risk management • Partner with executives and business leaders to identify legal issues and design practical solutions • Develop legal training programs and champion the use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools • Manage external legal resources, including defining project scopes, coordinating advice, and controlling costs

• Advise on corporate governance and securities matters, including supporting Board and committee meeting preparation, corporate resolutions, and compliance with applicable corporate policies and bylaws. • Counsel the Total Rewards and Finance teams on employee equity matters, including administration of our equity compensation programs. • Monitor and advise on AI legal and regulatory developments, including the EU AI Act and emerging U.S. state frameworks as they apply to Greenhouse's internal operations and, where relevant, our products. • Build and maintain a corporate compliance program, including creating and maintaining policies, playbooks, and training materials that scale with the business. • Support M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and other strategic corporate development activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and post-closing integration. • Partner with colleagues across the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders on broader corporate and compliance matters, taking independent ownership of complex workstreams without heavy oversight.

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of a wide range of vendor agreements, including technology services, cloud services, SaaS, data platform, contractor, marketing/creative, lease, and payment processing engagements. Manage a high volume of deals with speed and sound judgment. • Design, implement, and continuously improve playbooks, contract templates, negotiation guides, and workflows that enable the team to operate efficiently at scale. Identify friction points and build solutions that reduce cycle time without sacrificing quality. • Work closely with procurement, financial partnerships, engineering, product, finance, information security, privacy, and other teams to provide clear, practical guidance. • Serve as a proactive, strategic business partner to stakeholders across the organization. • Develop and deliver training and resources that empower business partners to self-serve on routine commercial legal matters, increasing team capacity and reducing bottlenecks.
