Role Description RRS Group is seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Analyst / Administrator to support and optimize Yardi Voyager and RentCafe across our LATAM portfolio. This role will act as the subject matter expert for Yardi systems, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Global Systems teams to deliver system enhancements, improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and support business growth. The successful candidate will: - Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation. - Manage system upgrades and integrations. - Provide advanced technical support. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expert-level Yardi Voyager experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Qualifications - Proven experience leading technology-related projects through requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, testing, and post-implementation support. - Expert-level proficiency in Yardi Voyager 7S, including year-end processing and Yardi module implementations. - Strong understanding of ETLs, YSR, SSRS, and complex SQL scripting. - Solid working knowledge of Yardi Residential, Yardi International, General Ledger (GL), Accounting (AR/AP), Yardi Investment and Construction modules, EU Residential and Service Charges, Yardi PayScan, and Elevate modules. - Advanced IT literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Project. - Fluent English required; Spanish preferred or an additional language is highly desirable.
