• Lead strategic business development initiatives focused on U.S. Navy and Marine Corps • Develop and maintain qualified pipeline across military organizations • Support capture strategy and proposal development
• Support business development and growth strategy activities across DoD, Intelligence Community, civilian agency, and allied mission environments • Build and maintain qualified pipeline opportunities aligned to company growth priorities • Assist with opportunity qualification, account planning, competitive analysis, and capture support activities • Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships across government and industry stakeholders • Support proposal development, solution positioning, customer briefings, and executive presentations • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and leadership teams • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence activities to identify emerging mission and technology trends • Maintain CRM systems, pipeline forecasting, and opportunity tracking documentation with strong discipline and accuracy • Support industry events, conferences, customer engagements, and strategic partnership activities • Contribute to development of growth strategies tied to SATCOM, secure connectivity, space systems, and mission-focused communications capabilities
• Delivers space-based system solutions that are end-to-end network & satellite based, to US DoD customers by focusing on mission success of US Government end-users while meeting/exceeding SES GS revenue and new business targets. • This position serves as a senior customer-facing executive responsible for strategic engagement with key USG stakeholders including U.S. Space Command and Space System Command located in Los Angeles and Colorado Springs. • This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies focused on national security space missions, with the goal of expanding the long-term pipeline and winning new business. • Working closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and industry partners, this role identifies emerging customer requirements, builds collaboration and partnerships, and leads strategic business capture plans.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex solutions in alignment with strategic technical objectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices. • Drive the adoption and successful execution of the SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Resolve technical challenges and roadblocks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align technical solutions with business goals. • Implement and enforce company quality and security standards in software development. • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop diverse software solutions, including web applications, system integrations, and data solutions. • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve quality and development practices. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple development paradigms, design patterns, and cloud-native architectures. • Create technical documentation and guides to set engineering best practices. • Review internal and partner system specifications and material requirements and create work from them. • Consistently find and deliver new ways to develop and improve processes and technology. • Interact with company leadership and departmental leads to coordinate and report on technical activities. • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
