Role Description Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner. - Identifies appropriate payment details and saves back-up as appropriate. - Researches, validates and makes adjustments to payment postings. Follows up in accordance with procedures and policies with an overall goal of account resolution. - Initiates payer recoupments, payer refunds, and patients refunds where applicable. Follows up in accordance with procedures and policies with an overall goal of account resolution. - Able to navigate various payer claim portals and understand payer functionality. - Interacting with others by effectively communicating both orally and in writing. - Operate computers and other office equipment, as well as various computer software. - See and read computer monitors and documents in English. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. - One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle (Payment Posting, Billing, Follow-Up, Collections) required. - Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required. • Play a critical role in expanding Evolv’s footprint within high-value enterprise customers, representing one of the company’s most important growth areas. • Responsible for landing new strategic accounts, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships with some of the largest organizations in our target markets. • Lead account strategy, engage senior stakeholders (including executive leadership and legal), and drive consultative sales motions that deliver measurable revenue impact. • Build fluency in Evolv’s products, value proposition, customer use cases, buyer personas, and target verticals within the first 30 days. • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners (BDR, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Deployment, Customer Success, Finance) and learn Evolv’s sales methodology. • Develop and begin executing strategic account plans for priority enterprise accounts within 60-90 days. • Lead discovery conversations to identify customer needs, key drivers, and potential deal barriers. • Consistently progress and close high-value opportunities and meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined execution within the first 6-12 months.
• Communicates with customers within the assigned territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and a better understanding of their needs • Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions, and conducts cold-calls for potential leads • Prepares and reviews sales reports by identifying and evaluating problem areas and company progress • Creates and maintains a sales plan within corporate guidelines for the assigned territory that meets and exceeds a profit goal • Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager in the planning, forecasting, and management territory • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations • Significant travel is required to visit current and potential clients as well as overnight travel • Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
