Inside Sales Specialist, Balkans, Eastern Europe – Middle East

• Own all Transactional accounts in an assigned geography and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio at new and existing customers, across all end-markets such as Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, etc. • Identify and close new prospect opportunities, generated from a combination of prospecting and qualification in collaboration with our marketing department or self-generated leads • Actively engage with customers via email, phone calls and online meetings to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow-up on quotations and drive new sales • Use LGC’s sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture, close opportunities and conduct ongoing territory planning • Close cooperation with marketing to launch new products and the core end-market team to identify competitor activity and trends • Be responsible for the daily management of relevant service cloud cases, ensuring tasks are dealt with and a proper response time is guaranteed
Job Requirements
- MSc in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, biology, or a related subject area (blend of educational qualifications and experience will be reviewed)
- Proven experience in selling technical products used in laboratories
- Successful track record in account management
- Proficiency in customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong English communication skills. Additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
