• Develop dashboards in Power BI • Build applications in Power Apps and implement process automations for innovation using Power Automate • Work alongside business areas to gather requirements and understand requests • Document developed solutions, ensuring traceability and maintainability • Perform integrations via APIs • Participate in technical meetings and stakeholder alignment sessions

• Drive the analytics function for the GCOE team, acting as a liaison with business users and technical resources for complex data projects • Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models, perform custom analysis on SCIEX data, and present insights using data visualization techniques • Lead data initiatives end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, implementation, validation, and stakeholder enablement (training and documentation) • Coach and mentor analysts and developers in building advanced data models, reports, and analytical solutions, while promoting strong development standards, critical thinking, and continuous improvement • Evaluate, recommend, and help implement modern technologies and methods for data integration, modeling, analytics, and performance optimization
