• Act as the software architecture reference, helping to define robust, scalable and sustainable technical solutions. • Design and develop applications in Python and web applications with JavaScript and ReactJS, with good coverage of unit and functional tests (pytest, Playwright). • Lead the team technically: guide developers, review code, unblock issues and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, among others), perform deployments with Docker and write complex SQL queries. • Make technical and architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs, technical debt and system evolution. • Contribute to analysis, debugging, troubleshooting and technical support. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Produce copy and content for various communication channels; • Create images, artwork and graphic materials; • Assist with capturing and editing videos for social media and institutional initiatives; • Develop and maintain visual identities for campaigns and materials; • Manage and monitor social media channels; • Plan and organize content; • Support internal and external communication activities; • Provide support for other communication and design-related tasks.

• Develop, implement and maintain applications in .NET and C#, including RESTful APIs, console applications and WCF services • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems, analyzing and resolving incidents reported by analysts and business areas • Work on integration between modern and legacy systems, ensuring consistency and reliability of solutions • Develop and optimize queries, stored procedures and routines in relational databases, ensuring performance and data integrity • Implement DevOps practices, supporting continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Write clean, scalable, high-quality code following best practices and industry standards • Perform unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions • Use Azure DevOps for source control, demand/backlog management and development lifecycle tracking • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand business needs and implement systemic improvements • Support the definition of deliverables, schedules and project tracking together with the Tech Lead

• Develop and maintain applications using Python (back end) and React (front end). • Extensively use AI tools (coding assistants, AI-assisted development) to accelerate delivery and solve complex problems. • Navigate and contribute to large, complex legacy codebases with autonomy. • Build web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS, including unit and functional tests (Playwright). • Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, among others). • Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform code reviews, ensuring scalable, high-performance applications. • Contribute to DevOps and cloud infrastructure process improvements when needed. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Develop and maintain systems using COBOL DB2, COBOL CICS, and COBOL Batch, ensuring high performance and process stability • Handle sequential files and VSAM, ensuring data integrity and efficient read/write processes • Prepare and execute JCL (Job Control Language) to manage jobs and processes in a mainframe environment • Use Roscoe for editing and manipulating code and data in the mainframe environment • Create test scenarios to validate code quality and ensure deliveries meet stakeholder expectations • Implement code versioning practices using GIT, ensuring control and traceability of code versions • Develop headless COBOL programs (no user interface) and integrate them with APIs using z/OS Connect • Collaborate on the use of containers for development and testing of COBOL programs, integrating them into a modern DevOps environment • Maintain attention to quality in analysis, documentation, and coding (cleanliness, readability, non-redundancy, and standardization)

• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems, analyzing and resolving incidents reported by analysts and business areas. • Develop new applications and features using C# and .NET, including console applications, APIs and web applications. • Work on integration between modern and legacy systems, including applications developed in COBOL. • Support modernization and process automation initiatives, using technologies such as SSIS for integration and data processing. • Develop and optimize queries and routines in relational databases, ensuring performance and data integrity. • Use Azure DevOps for source control, demand management, task tracking and support of the development lifecycle. • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand business needs and implement systemic improvements.

• Manage the full customer success lifecycle, from onboarding to retention • Serve customers (L1 and L2) via chat, email and video calls in English • Ensure prompt, high-quality responses • Manage overflow (escalation and de-escalation) to L3 • Identify churn risks and act proactively to mitigate them • Build and monitor customer health metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn rate, product adoption) • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering teams to report feedback and bugs • Create and update support materials, such as FAQs, tutorials and documentation • Conduct periodic customer surveys to ensure continuous engagement
