• Responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and user-centered digital experiences • Contributing directly to the evolution of products and platforms that impact operations • Making design decisions that influence end-user experience • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including product, technology, and business • Participating from discovery through to delivery of solutions • Ensuring usability, visual consistency, and alignment with project requirements • Creating navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces • Translating business and technical requirements into clear, functional design solutions • Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement • Ensuring visual and experiential consistency by following design systems and usability best practices • Conducting usability tests and proposing improvements based on data and user feedback • Documenting design decisions and supporting the development team during implementation.

• Support the collection, organization, cleaning, and analysis of structured and unstructured data. • Assist in the development and validation of Machine Learning models under the guidance of the team. • Contribute to statistical analyses to support studies and decision-making. • Develop reports and dashboards to present metrics and results. • Collaborate with data and technology teams in preparing and processing datasets. • Document analyses, processes, and project results.

• Design and develop features for Python applications and web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS, with solid coverage of unit and end-to-end tests (pytest, Playwright) • Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, etc.), perform deployments with Docker, and write SQL queries • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality and the team's coding standards • Contribute to analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical support • Collaborate in the team's technical discussions, proposing solutions and evaluating alternatives • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Act as a hands-on technical reference for the team, designing robust and scalable architectural solutions. • Ensure the squad's technical quality through code reviews, promotion of automated testing, and ongoing technical mentorship. • Design and lead the implementation of complex system integration strategies (via APIs, Webhooks, queues and message buses). • Ensure the application of modern architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture). • Decide, together with engineering and the client, on the best cloud infrastructure setup, with a focus on security, high availability, and cost optimization.

• Explore, clean, and analyze large volumes of data (structured and unstructured) to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities. • Develop, train, and validate predictive and prescriptive Machine Learning models (regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.). • Create rigorous statistical analyses and hypothesis tests to validate business assumptions. • Translate complex mathematical metrics into reports and dashboards (Data Storytelling) for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines that feed models in a scalable way.

• Support the development and maintenance of applications using Angular 21 and .NET 10. • Develop and maintain scripts and applications using Python to support automation, integrations, and data processing. • Assist in creating and consuming REST APIs. • Support bug fixes, enhancements, and platform maintenance. • Work with MySQL 8 databases. • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. • Help identify and resolve bugs. • Assist in evolving CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions. • Continuously learn alongside the technical team and collaborate across different development areas.

• Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in Figma • Participate in user research and usability testing • Collaborate on the maintenance and evolution of the platform’s Design System • Attend meetings with Product, Technology, and Business teams to understand the process for defining new features • Contribute to visual consistency across the platform’s products

• Lead technical pre-sales meetings with mid-market and enterprise clients • Design and architect modern solutions using GCP's data and AI ecosystem • Define technical project scope and estimate delivery effort • Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts • Act as the technical arm of the sales team • Stay up to date and represent IEBT in Google Cloud partner forums
