• Drive the analytics function for the GCOE team, acting as a liaison with business users and technical resources for complex data projects • Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models, perform custom analysis on SCIEX data, and present insights using data visualization techniques • Lead data initiatives end-to-end, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, implementation, validation, and stakeholder enablement (training and documentation) • Coach and mentor analysts and developers in building advanced data models, reports, and analytical solutions, while promoting strong development standards, critical thinking, and continuous improvement • Evaluate, recommend, and help implement modern technologies and methods for data integration, modeling, analytics, and performance optimization

• Serve as a strategic driver of data-driven decision making • Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards • Develop and maintain datasets through efficient data modeling and SQL • Monitor and improve production reporting and analytics solutions • Coordinate with IT and Line of Business leadership for data-driven BI solutions • Maintain compliance with banking regulations

• Optimize data and design visualizations to improve processes and services for the Dwolla platform • Utilize SQL programming and ETL to analyze data • Promote collaborative communication within the project management framework • Guide stakeholders with recommendations to create solutions

• A BI Engineer assists with the creation of repeatable reporting assets. • Design and develop BI reporting and data platforms. • Creates the development of user-facing data visualization and presentation tools, including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, Power BI dashboards, MicroStrategy and Excel PivotTables. • Work on the development of data retrieval and data management for Evolent Health. • Support in ensuring that the BI data assets of the organization are aligned with the organization in achieving its strategic goals. • Help implement effective business analytics practices to enhance decision making, efficiency, and performance. • Assist with technology improvements to ensure continuous enhancements of the core BI platform. • Ability to perform complex data analysis using advanced SQL skills and Excel to support internal /external client’s data requests and queries for ad-hoc requests for business continuity and analytics. • Communicate with non-technical business users to gather specific requirements for reports and BI solutions. • Provide maintenance support for existing BI applications and reports • Present work when requested and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with team members.
