Role Description - Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Handelspartner und unterstützen diese kompetent per Telefon, E-Mail sowie mittels Fernwartung. - Sie bearbeiten technische Anfragen, Kundenaufträge, Bestellungen und erstellen Angebote sowie Auftragsbestätigungen. - Sie koordinieren und planen unsere Außendiensteinsätze in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Servicetechnikern. - Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und sorgen für eine lösungsorientierte Klärung. - Sie pflegen und aktualisieren unsere Kundendaten und unterstützen eine langfristige Kundenbeziehung. - Bei Bedarf begleiten und unterstützen Sie unsere Servicetechniker bei technischen Serviceeinsätzen vor Ort. Qualifications - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Mechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation. - Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an kundenorientierten Lösungen. - Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder in der Kundenbetreuung. - Kenntnisse im administrativen Bereich sowie Erfahrungen in der Auftragsbearbeitung sind von Vorteil. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau). - Eigenverantwortliches, zuverlässiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten. - Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent. - Teamplayer mit freundlicher und professioneller Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen.
