• Serve as a Case Manager for assigned matters. • Monitor automated workflows and ensure processes remain on track. • Maintain accurate case information and documentation. • Coordinate communications with clients, negotiators, and third parties. • Utilize AI tools to support daily legal operations. • Manage calendars and important deadlines. • Maintain an inventory of filed documents and case activity. • Manage and organize incoming emails. • Triage emails and prioritize action items. • Return client phone calls and provide case updates. • Identify and flag urgent legal matters. • Respond to negotiators, vendors, and opposing counsel.
Job Requirements
- Florida based law firm.
- Working hours: 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Timezone: EST.
- Practice areas include Debt Relief, Consumer Protection, Guardianship, and Probate and Estate Litigation.
- Legal training, background, or previous legal experience is required.
- Experience working with AI tools and technology driven workflows is highly preferred.
