• Confirm candidate availability for interviews, tasks, and schedules. • Request documentation based on client needs. • Manage client communication through Zendesk. • Follow up with clients regarding job requisition status. • Analyze candidate profiles to determine suitability and alignment with client needs. • Review job requisitions and resumes using internal tools. • Receive, edit job requisitions, and update them in Workday. • Update and manage internal databases. • Maintain candidate engagement throughout the matchmaking process. • Follow up on assessments and client requirements. • Send candidate matches to clients via Zendesk. • Review and update candidate profiles in Workday. • Manage candidate communication via email and WhatsApp. • Respond to candidate inquiries and update their information as needed. • Coordinate and facilitate multi-candidate interviews. • Attend daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions. • Verify candidate start dates and coordinate handoff to the Account Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar.
- Client and candidate-facing background required.
