• Function as the primary liaison in the CoE and lead for assigned programs • Collaborate with a designated internal team/Client based in another country to support Venue Sourcing • Negotiate venue rates and contracts and create preliminary budgets • Communicate on a timely basis with stakeholders • Follow standard operating procedures for sourcing activities • Review meeting requests and conduct qualification calls with clients • Develop and implement program and negotiation strategies • Maintain knowledge of new destination options and promotional offerings • Gather information to source events on behalf of clients • Review supplier contracts for accuracy and legal protection • Conduct final negotiations with selected suppliers
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Passionate about project management, meetings management, and client management experience
- Experience working within budgets

Role Description As our Recruitment Assistant, you’ll support our in-house recruitment team across the full sourcing and hiring pipeline, from finding and researching candidates to keeping our applicant tracking system organized and coordinating outreach and interviews. This is a fully remote, full-time role where you’ll be a key behind-the-scenes partner to our recruiters, helping us reach great candidates faster while giving every applicant a smooth, professional experience. Key Responsibilities - Candidate Sourcing: Search for and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online databases based on provided role briefs and search criteria. - Candidate Research & Screening Support: Review profiles against role requirements, shortlist strong matches, and prepare clear candidate summaries for the recruitment team. - ATS & Database Management: Accurately log and update candidate records, outreach status, and pipeline progress in our applicant tracking system. - Outreach Coordination: Send and track candidate outreach messages, manage follow-ups, and keep response records up to date. - Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview times between candidates and the hiring team across time zones, and send confirmations and reminders. - Job Posting & Pipeline Support: Help draft, post, and manage job ads, and maintain organized talent pools for current and future roles. - Reporting: Prepare simple daily and weekly updates on sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline movement. - Tech-Driven Communication: Manage candidate and team communication through digital tools and online platforms, ensuring smooth remote collaboration. • Execute full-cycle clinical recruiting for licensed mental health professionals and support other clinical and non-clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management • Develop and maintain specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-find roles using healthcare-specific job boards, professional networks, and licensing databases • Build and nurture relationships with schools, residency programs, professional associations, and industry networks to create sustainable talent pipelines • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements, caseload expectations, and ideal candidate profiles for each role • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification, clinical experience evaluation, and values & mission alignment interviews • Track and analyze recruiting metrics specific to clinical roles including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention rates • Stay current on licensing requirements, scope of practice regulations, and credentialing processes across multiple states • Collaborate with the talent team to continuously improve clinical recruiting processes and candidate experience • Represent Blackbird at clinical conferences, job fairs, and professional networking events • Enhance recruitment brand management and visibility through strategic content creation, social media engagement, and employee referral program promotion and partnering with our Growth team on branding efforts • Support special recruiting projects and initiatives as our team and company continue to scale and expand into new markets
