Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mitel

• Recruit for multiple positions on an international scale (North America, LATAM, and international) • Develop sourcing strategies, produce target list of candidates for current live roles • Actively search for candidates via internet, internal/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, systems etc. and investigate new/creative sourcing ideas • Track candidate pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders • Partner with HR Business Partner on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy • Guide and support in the continuous improvement of our talent attraction methods and processes • Partner with business areas for proactive working and collaboration to ensure alignment in planning resources • Market local recruitment events to attract and engage the best candidates in the local market

Job Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + additional experience
  • 5+ years experience in a Recruiting environment
  • Proven track record of managing high workload with the ability to deliver on difficult recruitment searches
  • Ability to drive an end-to-end process seamlessly from kick-off meeting to candidate interviews
  • Must be resourceful and take initiative; develop innovative solutions to filling difficult openings
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Must have exceptionally strong communication skills - on the phone, via email, in-person, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS & Recruiting would be an advantage
  • Additional language skills (Portuguese or Spanish preferred)

Role Description As our Recruitment Assistant, you’ll support our in-house recruitment team across the full sourcing and hiring pipeline, from finding and researching candidates to keeping our applicant tracking system organized and coordinating outreach and interviews. Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English for professional candidate outreach and clear documentation. - Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote setting. - Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team. - Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on streamlining sourcing processes and improving candidate experience. - Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, virtual assistance, or online research is an advantage – but not required; we’ll train the right person.
