• Manage the end-to-end ingestion process for external data, processing and cleaning CSV and Excel files for timely CRM uploads • Develop, maintain, and execute Python scripts and SQL queries for deep data validation, transformation, and cleaning • Ensure a high standard of data quality and organization across the database through routine audits • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements to existing data workflows and quality checks • Research and help implement new data techniques, including API integrations and persona segmentation algorithms

• Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing to shape team roadmaps by sizing opportunities, evaluating impact, and synthesizing complex data into actionable narratives • Independently lead analytical efforts, from opportunity sizing to experimental design and deep-dive diagnostics, using both structured and unstructured data • Serve as a strategic thought partner in product development planning by contextualizing analytics with broader company strategy and market trends • Create or improve key datasets and contribute to our analytical tooling ecosystem (e.g. dbt, Hex, Mixpanel) to ensure we can answer today’s questions and tomorrow’s • Frame and evaluate experiments using industry-best methodologies to isolate causal effects and interpret noisy data • Mentor peers in analysis design, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement — even without direct management responsibilities • Represent analytics in leadership forums, shaping cross-functional discussions and ensuring analytics is embedded in SeatGeek’s most important product decisions

• Analyze customer registration data to identify major gaps, missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies. • Perform analyses to identify the root causes or drivers of issues. • Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses to generate insights. • Propose data-driven solutions to improve registration data quality. • Run A/B tests and backtests with vendors to validate hypotheses. • Apply sampling techniques for comparative data studies. • Create agents and multi-agent systems for automation and opportunity discovery. • Use graph techniques to map relationships and uncover opportunities within the registry.

• Support data integrity and normalization initiatives. • Generate reports from multiple systems. • Create Power BI dashboards to improve visibility and provide real-time analytics. • Ensure data quality through tagging and quality assurance processes. • Assist in developing reports and analysis. • Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletions. • Design and maintain the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. • Support the data warehouse by identifying and revising reporting requirements. • Evaluate and implement new or upgraded software, supporting strategic decisions on new systems. • Troubleshoot reporting database issues and reports. • Assess changes and updates to source production systems. • Anticipate future needs related to people, technology, budget, and business, and design solutions to meet those needs. • Develop automation and eliminate manual work using tools like Power-Automate and AI.
