• Manage the full lifecycle of software license compliance cases, from initial investigation to resolution. • Investigate and analyze case data to identify unlicensed software use and prepare clear, evidence-based reports. • Engage directly with businesses via phone, email, and video to discuss compliance issues and negotiate resolutions. • Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all case activities and communications in our CRM system. • Support operational needs with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

• Coordinate directly with clients and end-users to execute compliance and anti-piracy initiatives, utilizing your knowledge of software infringement resolution. • Analyze telemetry and investigation data, evaluate infringement trends, and maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems to drive actionable reporting. • Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop new leads, verify unauthorized usage, and refine customer engagement strategies. • Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and workflow efficiency across our compliance operations. • Provide analysis and administrative support to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced IP-protection environment.

• Lead engagement and build relationships with customers across the MENA region, driving compliance conversations and negotiations. • Analyze complex investigation data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform campaign strategy, while ensuring CRM data integrity. • Own the lead development process, refining and implementing strategies to identify and qualify new compliance opportunities. • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure process consistency and scalability. • Provide strategic analysis and reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and evolving business needs.

• Writing white papers, industry reports, and sales assets that make technical topics digestible. • Crafting newsletters and a lighter amount of email/campaign copy for a business audience. • Refreshing and writing web copy that balances brand voice with clarity. • Adjusting tone and complexity to match the ICP, knowing when to write for an expert vs. when to explain a concept simply. • Researching your topic, finding your sources, and coming back with questions or a finished draft, not waiting to be told each step.
