Data Operations Analyst
Ruvixx, Inc.
• Manage the end-to-end ingestion process for external data, processing and cleaning CSV and Excel files for timely CRM uploads • Develop, maintain, and execute Python scripts and SQL queries for deep data validation, transformation, and cleaning • Ensure a high standard of data quality and organization across the database through routine audits • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose improvements to existing data workflows and quality checks • Research and help implement new data techniques, including API integrations and persona segmentation algorithms
Job Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong hands-on experience using SQL for database management and querying
- Familiarity with Python, specifically for data processing and automation
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Role Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Data Analyst – Store Analytics, to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Sr Data Analyst – Store Analytics serves as a strategic analytics partner to Stores leadership and enterprise leaders, driving deeper understanding of store performance through diagnostic and exploratory analysis. This role goes beyond reporting to identify root causes of business performance, uncover opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and influence decisions that improve sales, productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness. The Sr Analyst independently leads complex analyses, develops scalable analytical frameworks, partners closely with business leaders and Data Engineering, and helps shape the evolution of the Store Insights capability. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
