Sales Development Representative – SDR

• Prospect potential clients through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other tools). • Conduct consultative outreach to identify pain points, challenges, and business opportunities. • Qualify leads generated through marketing activities. • Map and generate new sales opportunities through active prospecting. • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. • Log activities and keep information up to date in the CRM. • Build and execute contact cadences. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to generate opportunities. • Monitor KPIs and targets related to pipeline generation. • Contribute ideas and improvements to evolve commercial processes.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an SDR or in prospecting.
  • Experience working with the public sector (required).
  • Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies (SPIN Selling, GPCT/BANT).
  • Experience with CRM systems and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an analytical profile.
