• Prospect potential clients through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other tools). • Conduct consultative outreach to identify pain points, challenges, and business opportunities. • Qualify leads generated through marketing activities. • Map and generate new sales opportunities through active prospecting. • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. • Log activities and keep information up to date in the CRM. • Build and execute contact cadences. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to generate opportunities. • Monitor KPIs and targets related to pipeline generation. • Contribute ideas and improvements to evolve commercial processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an SDR or in prospecting.
- Experience working with the public sector (required).
- Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies (SPIN Selling, GPCT/BANT).
- Experience with CRM systems and outbound prospecting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an analytical profile.

• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives — the primary metric you're measured on. • Run high-volume outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn — targeting property management companies from cold, engaged, and MQL lists. • Pre-qualify prospects by verifying portfolio size and PMS integration compatibility before passing to AEs. • Own the day-to-day operation of our outbound stack across HubSpot and Instantly.
