Pre-Sales Analyst, IT Services

• Qualify leads for IT products and services • Understand the lead's profile, timing and needs (fit, timing, budget, authority) • Apply predefined scripts and qualification criteria (e.g., BANT, GPCT or similar) • Log all interactions with leads in the CRM, keeping data complete and up to date • Organize opportunities by funnel stage, ensuring visibility for the sales team • Conduct outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels • Perform structured follow-up, maintaining cadence until the lead is qualified or discarded • Schedule qualified meetings between leads and Sales Executive / Account Executive • Assist in organizing meeting slots and prioritizing follow-ups • Maintain active relationships with leads at different stages of maturity

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience with IT sales, SaaS or technology services
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in Inside Sales, pre-sales or as an SDR in a B2B environment
  • Practical understanding of the B2B sales funnel, conversion metrics and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, SPIN, GPCT) is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced English, depending on the company's client profile
