Job Description
District Director of Operations
CNG Holdings, Inc.
• Accountable for the daily operations and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for multiple locations within assigned district • Responsible for building a high performing team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of store associates within assigned district • Ensure excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction within the district • Maintain accountability for sales, profitability, and debt management for the district • Execute marketing strategies aligned with region and/or Company strategies • Monitor store performance progress against established goals • Interact with Regional Operations Manager (ROM) on store performance, sales, marketing, operations, staffing, etc. • Lead implementation of new products and services • Perform monthly store visits and audits to include a complete and thorough review of each location within the district to ensure operational, legal, and compliance processes and procedures are being followed • Oversight and facilitation of compliance training, monitoring and remediation • Engage with corporate business partners • Execute people leader duties, such as timecard approvals, performance management, timely completion of required training, ensure team metrics and associate career growth objectives are met • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Prior management of business operations in a multi-unit environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication, problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
- Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
