• Own and drive the successful execution of complex, large-scale programs and projects across multiple clients • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards • Establish and enforce delivery governance, methodologies, and best practices • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure smooth delivery • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction • Provide hands-on leadership and oversight for delivery teams • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations • Champion agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies as appropriate • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and trust • Participate in executive-level discussions, status reviews, and steering committees • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth • Collaborate with sales and account teams in presales activities, including: Solution design and delivery approach definition, Effort estimation and resourcing models, Proposal development and client presentations • Support and contribute to AI-related projects, including automation and data-driven solutions • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance delivery efficiency or client outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovative solutions
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in project/program management and delivery leadership
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex programs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience supporting presales and business development activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus
