• Asegurar un soporte eficiente a las operaciones en Argentina. • Coordinación de procesos administrativos, incluyendo compras, gestión de proveedores y pago de facturas. • Brindar soporte en procesos de Recursos Humanos (documentación, onboarding, beneficios, coordinación con HR). • Apoyar en tareas financieras y contables, incluyendo seguimiento de presupuestos y relación con contadores locales. • Gestionar y mantener documentación confidencial del personal, asegurando cumplimiento de políticas internas. • Coordinar aspectos logísticos (eventos, reuniones, oficinas, equipamiento, facilities). • Actuar como punto de contacto con TI para soporte operativo de empleados. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas locales, requisitos legales y políticas de TNC. • Mantener y analizar información operativa, generando reportes y apoyando la toma de decisiones. • Implementar mejoras en procesos para aumentar la eficiencia operativa. • Comunicar y coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos (proveedores, staff, consultores).
Job Requirements
- Título universitario y al menos 2 años de experiencia relevante, o combinación equivalente.
- Experiencia en coordinación de procesos administrativos y operativos.
- Experiencia en manejo de proveedores, pagos o tareas financieras básicas.
- Experiencia en soporte a procesos de HR.
- Experiencia en generación de reportes y manejo de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y gestión de múltiples tareas.
- Inglés avanzado y español fluido.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos diversos y multidisciplinarios.
