• Calculate and review direct and indirect taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL) • Validate and submit ancillary tax filings (SPED ECD/ECF, SPED Contributions, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, among others) • Ensure timely compliance with all tax filing requirements • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company (tax reform, IBS, CBS) • Review and improve tax processes and internal controls • Support external audits by providing documentation and clarifications • Perform tax and accounting reconciliations • Identify opportunities for tax planning and tax credit recovery • Record invoices / notas fiscais in the ERP and follow up on payments • Prepare weekly payments and the cash flow report
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL
- Previous experience in companies taxed under the Lucro Real regime
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with payroll processing, DCTFWeb and labor-related routines is a plus

Role Description We’re seeking a State and Local Tax Expert with extensive experience in multi-state compliance and consulting.
