• Calculate and review direct and indirect taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL) • Validate and submit ancillary tax filings (SPED ECD/ECF, SPED Contributions, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, among others) • Ensure timely compliance with all tax filing requirements • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company (tax reform, IBS, CBS) • Review and improve tax processes and internal controls • Support external audits by providing documentation and clarifications • Perform tax and accounting reconciliations • Identify opportunities for tax planning and tax credit recovery • Record invoices / notas fiscais in the ERP and follow up on payments • Prepare weekly payments and the cash flow report

• Define and maintain the information security roadmap aligned with business objectives and required market updates; • Develop and periodically review the security plan, prioritizing initiatives based on risk analysis; • Propose investments in tools, processes, and training, justifying them with cost-benefit and risk analyses; • Present executive reports on security maturity and posture to leadership. • Structure and operate the monitoring, detection, and incident response process; • Analyze security logs and events to identify potential threats; • Conduct incident investigations and coordinate containment and remediation actions; • Develop and maintain playbooks and runbooks for incident handling. • Perform and coordinate vulnerability assessments on systems, applications, and infrastructure; • Conduct or oversee penetration tests (pentests) and security audits; • Keep the risk matrix up to date and propose mitigation plans; • Define and monitor security KPIs and metrics. • Implement, configure, and manage security tools (SIEM, EDR, DLP, WAF, IDS/IPS, SOAR); • Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions; • Automate security processes whenever possible to improve operational efficiency. • Manage third-party SOC providers and security services; • Define SLAs, track deliveries, and ensure the quality of contracted services; • Coordinate phishing tests and pentests conducted by external partners. • Develop, review, and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures (LGPD, ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS); • Serve as the security focal point with development, infrastructure, and compliance teams; • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the financial sector. • Act as the security liaison for vendor and client requests. • Plan and execute security awareness programs; • Promote training and educational campaigns for employees; • Foster a security culture across the organization. • Monitor trends, emerging threats, and market best practices; • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security posture; • Participate in cybersecurity communities and events for networking and professional development.

• Analyze customer documentation to identify relevant information for credit approval. • Stay up to date on the company's credit policies and financial market regulations. • Contact customers to validate information, answer questions, and present credit proposals. • Conduct sales using persuasive arguments, address objections, and emphasize the benefits of the offer. • Formalize credit agreements through the company's system. • Clearly explain the loan product and its terms.

• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices (C# / .NET Core) • Work with relational (Postgres) and non-relational databases • Implement messaging (RabbitMQ) and integrations with external systems • Write automated tests and ensure code quality • Develop responsive, efficient interfaces using Flutter or React • Integrate front end with RESTful APIs and microservices • Optimize performance and user experience (UX) • Collaborate with the design team to implement layouts and components • Actively participate in the development cycle (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews) • Identify and fix bugs, and propose improvements • Document solutions and assist in evolving the architecture

• Extract and process data from various sources to produce management and operational reports; • Develop and maintain dashboards and indicator panels using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; • Automate data collection and analysis processes to improve operational efficiency; • Create and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support management and decision-making; • Ensure the integrity and reliability of data provided to strategic areas; • Identify trends and patterns through data analysis and propose process improvements; • Support different company areas with data-driven insights and customized reports.
