Accounting Analyst I

• Perform routines for monitoring legislation and regulatory changes; • Submission of municipal, state and federal tax filings and ancillary obligations; • Support during municipal, state and federal tax audits and inspections; • Analysis of direct and indirect taxes; • Tax calculation for standard tax regimes (Presumed Profit - Lucro Presumido and Actual Profit - Lucro Real); • Preparation and analysis of trial balances and company financial statements; • Control, verification and recording of information to ensure compliance with current legislation; • Use Excel as a support tool; • Provide assistance and take responsibility for queries and practices within the accounting department; • Consolidation of managerial and asset transactions.
