• The Business Development Manager, AWG / Iowa will be responsible for the successful achievement of the ongoing Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Rotation objectives established each fiscal year for AWG, Fareway and Hy Vee. • Achieve Fiscal Year Financials Direct and deliver key financial metrics versus AOP sales with an aligned trade spend plan. • Develop customer specific objectives in support of Del Monte’s strategic plan. • Achieve new item, assortment, pricing, and merchandising objectives set forth for specific customer objectives. • Communicate and deliver updates/insights to internal cross functional Del Monte business units, providing a customized approach to product development, merchandising and promotional ideas. • Own development of specific categories utilizing cross-functional resources such as Category Insights, Shopper Marketing, Customer Finance and Business Intelligence Analytics, to drive volume and share growth. • Manage the business forecasting and entry into trade planning system. • Ensure spending, deductions and financials are on track to plans. • Collaborate with Del Monte and AWG, Fareway & Hy Vee supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of new items, promotional activity, and scorecard opportunities. • Coordinate and attend sales/review/innovation presentations at appropriate levels within AWG, Hy Ve and Fareway. • Create meeting cadence with Buyers and Category Managers. Facilitate meetings with customer cross-functional departments as needed to support Del Monte initiatives (Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance).
• Achieve Fiscal Year Financials for retail.com accounts and the Delivery networks. • Grow eCommerce Penetration across the accounts responsible for. • Lead the Business Units, Sales Planning, Operations on the eCommerce needs of the Customers. • Amplifies the annual and long-term sales strategy for the account by bringing an eOriginated led focus to the account base. • Achieve new item, assortment, pricing, and merchandising objectives set forth for specific customer objectives. • Build customer relationships in tandem with the sales leads to be seen as best in class manufacturer partners. • Leverage our brands and product mix to improve profitability and meet Del Monte’s sales and profitability targets. • Build new customer relationships at multiple levels within the assigned accounts. • Analyze digital sales performance metrics across accounts, modifying plans as needed to deliver against targets. • Influence the trade and promotional plan for our customers that meets Del Monte go-to-market-strategy with an eCommerce lead approach. • Seek new opportunities for improved efficiencies that are saleable across multiple retailers for Del Monte. • Advise on search needs based off of planned promotional plans and new item launches. • Direct and Drive Digital, JBP Partnership at Appropriate Levels of Customers. • Analyze and pursue innovative incremental growth opportunities and strategies during the trade plan development phase, present these to Team Lead & CD for alignment, then incorporate into JBP. • Serves as the eCommerce Center of Excellence for the organization while increasing the eCommerce competencies for the company through continuous education, building frameworks and development of playbooks. • Develop the blueprint for Product, Promotion, Placement, and Price across Retail.Com. • Deliver consumption, share and sales growth targets for Del Monte within the Retail.com accounts. • Collaborate with Customer Sales Strategy in the development of trade promotion activities, trade merchandising plans, and major trade initiatives to ensure eCommerce integration and sales/profit performance. • Partner with demand planning on identifying a forecasting process for eCommerce. • Build best in class platforms for the entire family of DMFC products at each of the assigned retailers. • Pro-actively manage pricing and channel conflict by establishing pricing thresholds and working with internal Customer Sales Strategy. • Partner with eCommerce Analyst to deliver on-going reporting for the online business, leveraging attribution modeling where possible to effectively measure ROI and identify key performing channels and tactics for continuous optimization. • Work in partnership with the Retail Activation and Digital Media Teams to identify increased traffic and/or conversion opportunities. • Provide insights on emerging trends, technologies and capabilities in the eCommerce space and execute against them. • Deliver reporting against eCommerce sales metrics against objectives • Lead, coach and develop individual contributor(s) in eCommerce Selling

• Own end-to-end category insights support for Kroger and Target, developing and executing insight-led strategies across the portfolio to deliver against sales and profit objectives. • Serve as the category advisor for Kroger’s vegetable category, leading deep analytical and strategic engagement with the customer, including direct collaboration with the category buyer, advanced diagnostics, and ownership of assortment and space optimization to influence category strategy and performance. • Develop and deliver insights, analyses, and category reviews that assess performance, identify opportunities, and translate into clear, actionable recommendations. • Leverage a range of data sources—including syndicated, retailer loyalty, and internal data—and utilize 84.51° (Stratum and Market 6) to generate actionable shopper and business insights for both customer-facing work and internal initiatives. • Design, maintain, and continuously optimize reporting and analytics while measuring and evaluating the impact of key initiatives, incorporating learnings to refine strategies and improve business outcomes. • Partner with sales leadership to identify and activate growth opportunities across innovation, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotion. • Support key business processes including category reviews, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and ad hoc analyses; actively partner with Sales and the Category Insights team, with travel as needed to support customer engagement and business priorities. • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders to influence decision-making and execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Planning & Insights, Marketing, Omni Activation, Consumer Insights, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated, insight-led solutions. • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, clearly communicating implications and recommended actions, while effectively prioritizing efforts to focus on the highest-impact work. • Serve as a trusted thought partner, bringing forward innovative, insight-led ideas to drive business growth. • Demonstrate strong ownership, curiosity, and initiative, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve ways of working, and enhance overall team effectiveness. • Actively develop capabilities and share best practices to elevate team performance and ensure consistent, scalable execution. • Provide flexible support across additional customers or categories as business needs evolve.
• Responsible for the tactical execution and overall performance of all Costco U.S. regions, including Business Delivery, as well as BJ’s Wholesale Club. • Own the successful achievement of annual merchandising, assortment, pricing, and rotation objectives. • Develop customer specific objectives that support Del Monte’s strategic plan for Costco and BJ’s across Center Store and Produce. • Achieve customer objectives related to new item launches, assortment optimization, pricing execution, merchandising standards, and rotation compliance. • Develop, track, and manage annual fiscal plans with clear tactics to deliver sustained growth with Costco/BJ’s over the next 2–3 years. • Collaborate with Del Monte and Costco/BJ’s supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of new item launches, rotations, promotional and seasonal activity.
• Marry brand and retailer category objectives to build customer-specific strategies that achieve business objectives at assigned accounts, leveraging shopper insights and past program performance data • Develop and execute omnichannel programming from Retail and In-Store Shopper Tactics, like signage, demos, or direct mailers, to 1st and 3rd party digital programs, like Social through Retailer Channels, Digital Coupons, Programmatic Banners, Retail Search, etc. • Oversee digital shelf content creation and syndication, leveraging data and insights to ensure items are visible and optimized for conversion • Leverage external brand partnerships to maximize program impact, as needed • Brief creative and execution partners on activations, providing clear guidance on success criteria and ensure messaging aligns with program objectives, brand IMC/style guides and retail specifications • Establish KPIs; utilizing campaign analytics, customer consumption and share data to optimize media and measure results that positively drive sales/share growth for our brands and the Retailer’s category • Ensure cost estimates have been approved by internal stakeholders and activation plans have been socialized • Support customer meetings with omnichannel strategies, plans, program results and other sales tools • Support budget tracking and communication with Finance partners and invoice processing • Participate in the annual customer planning process and the integrated marketing communications process to influence and build actionable growth plans for our brands and customers • Build trusted partnerships, both internally and externally, to achieve shared goals. • Internal stakeholders include Sales Business Unit Leads, Category Insights, Customer Development and Strategy, as well as Finance • Play critical role in educating internal stakeholders on program performance as well as incremental opportunities as they pertain to assigned accounts • Understand key drivers of activation performance and proactively explore new capabilities and activation partners that can deliver on business objectives • Develop strong understanding of Retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior • Help the team deliver volume and profit expectations

• Identify, procure new transportation and logistics business to meet organizational revenue and margin targets. • Manage successful onboarding of all new business acquired to steady state. • Deliver a great customer experience throughout the onboarding process. • Identify new potential customers, align on customer needs with Tricont Logistic service offerings to generate sales revenue and margin growth. • Handle new customer implementation including developing customer SLA, uploading rates into the system, assigning dispatcher(s), creating email distribution lists for customers, etc. • Facilitate day-to-day functions required to maintain customer expectations such as order/data entry, logistical scheduling, reporting service, and various account-specific requirements. • Coordinate communications between operations personnel and customers for timely resolutions ensuring execution meets service level agreements. • Acquire expertise on accounts over time to sell additional solutions and services to expand customer spend with Tricont Logistics. • Work with internal resources and customers to identify account penetration opportunities to maximize customer wallet spend with Logistics.
