• Manage day-to-day activities across multiple project sites, ensuring consistent adherence to JLL's 5-phase process • Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets for all sites under management • Coordinate project activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives • Generate and obtain written change notifications and approvals from stakeholders across all sites • Manage risk registers, tracking and communicating risks relative to scope, schedule, and budget for each location • Conduct and document weekly project meetings, including pre-bid/pre-construction meetings across multiple sites • Oversee all punch list items and closeout processes for each location • Ensure proper documentation and correspondence are saved in accordance with JLL protocols • Build and maintain strong rapport with client project representatives across all locations • Cultivate new and existing business relationships through multi-site engagement • Proactively identify potential issues across all project sites • Manage all supplier partners on cost, safety, and schedule adherence for multiple locations • Collaborate with JLL peers, senior PMs, regional leads, practice leads, and SMEs to leverage JLL's vertically integrated real estate services platform • Create and manage project budgets for multiple sites, including cost tracking (ACR) • Communicate budget risks and changes to clients in a timely manner • Review and ensure adherence to lease requirements across all locations • Obtain and process partial and final lien waivers for all sites • Understand and manage client and vendor contracts accordingly • Demonstrate working knowledge of drawings and specifications with ability to identify adds/misses via quality control • Ensure supplier partner insurance requirements, safety pre-qualification, and safety plans are in place for all sites • Obtain necessary approvals (landlord, permitting, etc.) for each location • Manage HSSE practices and compliance across all project sites • Maintain Certinia data health and project documentation standards • Coordinate and supervise Associates, Analysts, and other administrative personnel on specific projects • Train and evaluate Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators • Foster an ethical environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation • Support development and execution of best practices that enhance JLL's capabilities and reputation • Prepare and produce proposals for multi-site opportunities • Network across the industry and within the firm • Support marketing initiatives and RFP management • Assist brokers during building searches and lease negotiations • Maintain and nurture relationships with previous clients • Identify prospects in pursuit of new business
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in project management
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and MEP systems
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proficiency in project management software (Clarizen or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and formatting
- Ability to make tactical decisions independently
- Understanding of lease language and contract management

Role Description We are seeking a hands-on M&A IT Project Manager to drive a complex, multi-phase integration program. This role requires someone who can own execution, coordinate across technical and business teams, and keep multiple workstreams moving against critical milestones. - Start Date: July 6, 2026 - End Date: March 31, 2027, with possible extension based on project needs - The role can be 100% remote but must be able to work EDT hours.
