• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution. • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, using orchestration tools and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry). • Optimize model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference using frameworks like KServe, Triton Inference Server, or Ray Serve. • Build observability and evaluation frameworks to monitor agent reasoning, success rates, and failure cases. • Collaborate with ML and data engineers to integrate structured and unstructured data sources into agent workflows. • Apply security and alignment techniques (guardrails, prompt injection prevention, red-teaming) to ensure robust behavior. • Work in a CI/CD environment (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) for rapid iteration and reliable deployment. • Participate in architectural decisions involving distributed systems, GPU usage, caching strategies, and memory management.
• Implement ETL/ELT solutions and data integration between multiple systems and data sources. • Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, store, and process large volumes of data. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure data security and compliance. • Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize the performance and scalability of data processing systems.
• Leads efforts within the organization to drive the development and maintenance of data services and solutions to support products, downstream services, or infrastructure tools and platforms used across BEES. • Design efficient data models and understand concepts such as normalization, denormalization, and dimensional modeling. • Implement improvements in architecture and processes to improve the performance, monitoring, and evolution of data products. • Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, control/security, and data provisioning processes for different consumers (services, front-end, among others). • Contribute to obtaining knowledge in the business context and creating new data products to meet their strategic and operational needs.
• Be part of a high-impact fintech data science team building ABIs credit models, credit decisioning systems, and ML-powered infrastructure that drive billions of dollars in credit transactions annually for millions of users worldwide. • Design, develop, and deploy statistical and machine learning models across the full lifecycle — from research and experimentation to production — with a focus on credit risk, underwriting, portfolio optimization, and experimentation. • Write a substantial amount of production-grade code while conducting deep analytical and statistical research, translating theory into practical improvements in live credit systems. • Lead and contribute to experimentation and model evaluation (offline analysis, simulations, and online tests), ensuring models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory, risk, and business constraints. • Work with industry-leading technologies and modern ML platforms, building scalable modeling and data workflows that operate reliably at global scale. • Collaborate closely with exceptional engineers, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders. • Continuously explore and adopt state-of-the-art methods in statistics, machine learning, and optimization, raising the technical bar and shaping best practices across the fintech data science organization.
