Senior Manager, Technology Operations

• Develop and execute operational technology workflow strategies aligned with divisional and client objectives, driving digital transformation and workflow optimization across multiple accounts. • Serve as a technology resource in discussions and business development, articulating the value of workflow automation, advanced analytics, integrated systems, and smart buildings. • Support end-to-end program and project management for new technology deployments, enhancements of existing platforms (CMMS, BMS, IoT, data integration), and process improvement initiatives. • Direct operational workflow improvements, including route optimization, asset data validation, and technology adoption, to enhance field service delivery in highly distributed retail, financial service, and critical facility portfolios. • Champion the deployment of AI-driven workflow automation, predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling, and analytics platforms to enhance process efficiency and service outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years in operational technology, facilities management, engineering, or FM technology program management.
- Proven expertise with major building automation systems (BMS, DDC), CMMS/work order systems, IoT, asset management, and complex system integration.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing field operations across large, geographically diverse portfolios—including expertise in union labor coordination, vendor/contractor management, and compliance.
- Strong track record executing technology-enabled process improvements, workflow automation projects (AI, BI), and advancing data governance standards.
- Deep program/project management experience, including financial acumen (budgets, ROI analysis), portfolio-level reporting, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in IT/OT security, technology infrastructure, disaster recovery, and patch management.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder influence, and ability to drive cross-functional programs to successful outcomes.
