• Develop and execute operational technology workflow strategies aligned with divisional and client objectives, driving digital transformation and workflow optimization across multiple accounts. • Serve as a technology resource in discussions and business development, articulating the value of workflow automation, advanced analytics, integrated systems, and smart buildings. • Support end-to-end program and project management for new technology deployments, enhancements of existing platforms (CMMS, BMS, IoT, data integration), and process improvement initiatives. • Direct operational workflow improvements, including route optimization, asset data validation, and technology adoption, to enhance field service delivery in highly distributed retail, financial service, and critical facility portfolios. • Champion the deployment of AI-driven workflow automation, predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling, and analytics platforms to enhance process efficiency and service outcomes.

• define, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end P2F process across Operations • own and maintain the global P2F process framework, including standards, policies, and controls • define process boundaries and handovers with adjacent processes such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report • set and track KPIs, such as service level, OTIF plan adherence, inventory and lead time • lead continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalization, automation, advanced planning and ERP-driven transformation • collaborate with key stakeholders across operations, supply chain, sales, finance, and IT to ensure adoption

• Manage day-to-day operations business, including performance, billing, P&L and resource forecasting for a growing fleet • Manage a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads • Design and scale response frameworks that accommodate unique AV challenges • Drive KPI excellence across specialized AV metrics • Meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue business growth • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards specific to autonomous transportation • Own the hiring and talent development pipeline
