• Supports the prior authorization request to ensure all authorization requests are addressed properly and in the contractual timeline • Aids utilization management team to document authorization requests and obtain accurate and timely documentation for services related to the members healthcare eligibility and access • Supports authorization requests for services in accordance with the insurance prior authorization list • Supports and performs data entry to maintain and update authorization requests into utilization management system • Assists utilization management team with ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on authorizations and referrals in accordance with policies and guidelines • Contributes to the authorization review process by documenting necessary medical information such as history, diagnosis, and prognosis based on the referral to the clinical reviewer for determination • Remains up-to-date on healthcare, authorization processes, policies and procedures • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards
Job Requirements
- Requires a High School diploma or GED
- Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience
- Understanding of medical terminology and insurance preferred

• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and families via phone, text, and email. • Guide caregivers through the onboarding process, training milestones, required documentation, and program requirements. • Manage an active caseload of caregivers, ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks and successful transition into active care. • Provide ongoing support to enrolled families by answering questions, resolving concerns, and coordinating requests with internal teams. • Coordinate care logistics, including scheduling Start of Care (SOC) visits, training sessions, and other caregiver appointments. • Maintain accurate documentation and caregiver records across internal systems. • Monitor caregiver progress, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and remove barriers that may delay onboarding or care delivery. • Communicate caregiver feedback and family concerns with clinical, operations, and support teams to ensure timely resolution. • Handle a high volume of daily communication through calls, text messages, and email while maintaining exceptional service quality. • Educate caregivers and families on program processes, expectations, and available resources in a clear and supportive manner. • Help improve caregiver engagement by providing encouragement, coaching, and proactive follow-up throughout their journey. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational workflows and enhance the caregiver experience.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations • Responsible for managing Contracts Queue and coordination of all aspects of contract management • Serve as primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions, status updates etc. • Review, respond and manage contracts-related questions within the Contracts inbox • Manage Contract Template library and other knowledge management functions • Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams on contracts as needed • Special projects on an as-needed basis
