Role Description Responsible for supporting the logistics and maintenance team with complex receiving efforts. The MNT Receiving Specialist will be provided scanned or physical copies of part kits to be received in Ramco or Coupa information systems. This role will include support for AOG events, which may occur during non-traditional business hours. - Daily audit of Maintenance Packing slip database. - Completing open receipt actions to ensure accuracy of component paperwork in the AMIS document. - Ensure that recorded maintenance on part/component is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system. - Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and/or inspections are inherited and forecasting. - Ensure part is moved to appropriate warehouse. - Receive all engine and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system. - Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation. - Determine component calculations to include engine and airframe formulas. - Audit weekly COUPA delinquent receipts and work with mechanics to receive parts that are past 2 weeks of physical receipt. - Asset tracking and updating in RAMCO. - Provide receiving support for the maintenance organization for AOG events occurring during non-traditional business hours. - Other duties as assigned.
