• Coordinate and provide complete and accurate patient demographics to the Patient Billing Department. • Ensure direct contact is made with medical crew on revenue transports within required time frame. • Review transport documents for accuracy & confirm all documents are properly indexed. • Review Patient Care Report for accuracy and request corrections. • Monitor transport activity and take inbound calls from crews. • Make outbound calls to follow up with medical crew members and agencies to obtain missing paperwork/information. • Other duties as assigned.

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls from/to patients/guarantors, insurance companies, and attorneys • Complete conference calls and/or transfer calls to the appropriate department, if necessary • Review and resolve accounts where the patient is uninsured, there is any residual patient financial responsibility after insurance, and accounts which require additional investigation and special handling • Provide information to patients or other responsible parties about coverage details and payment options • Take payment, if necessary • Thoroughly review, document, and resolve patients’ or responsible parties’ communications • Accurately perform skip tracing to ensure best contact • Other duties as assigned

• Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area • Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner • Completes pre-flight before every flight verifying the aircraft is in an airworthy condition by sign off of Daily Flight Log • Performs a complete walk around of the aircraft prior to entering the cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight • Final authority with regard to operations of aircraft and for the safety of passengers, cargo and equipment • Must be thoroughly familiar with all aircraft and medical systems of backup aircraft utilized at operational area and also ensures that the medical flight team is familiar and comfortable with the medical interior and systems • Responsible for completion of required documentation • Able to conduct detailed flight planning with little notice to exacting standards • Participates regularly in Air Methods meetings, activities, projects, committees and community outreach • Performs other duties as assigned

• Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components • Ensures all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations • Request aviation parts and supplies • Advises the Pilot in Command of maintenance issues • Validating or confirming data concerning the aircraft • Mentoring mechanics within all maintenance and operational functions

Role Description Responsible to fulfill internal order requisitions via existing inventory or by creating Purchase Orders for procurement from approved suppliers. Administer and process removed parts/components by creating Repair Orders for items that require repair/overhaul. Track Purchase and Repair Orders, ensuring timely processing, delivery and or order fulfillment. - Process orders from the field and create requisitions/PO’s while maintaining proper channels and communications. - Efficiently source parts/services using various tools, i.e. OEM’s, Internet capability searches, past history, preferred supplier data, supplier catalogs, current contracts/agreements. - Process/create Repair Orders to suppliers for the Repair or Overhaul of parts/components. - Coordinate status and estimated delivery dates of repairable assets with suppliers to ensure need dates and expected turn-around-times are met. - Drive processing of warranty and/or insurance claims. - Process material return orders and core returns for purchase/exchange. - Analyze and establish lead time and Turn-around-time (TaT) requirements from suppliers that meet the needs of the business. - Utilize the AMC Supplier network to support fleet and minimize inventories through on-time supplier deliveries, with timely and cost-effective transportation of parts, materials & components. - Monitor Min/Max Inventory Levels, plans and purchases Min/Max inventory to support business needs, when assigned. - Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelors’ degree (BS/BA) from four-year College or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3 years Buyer experience, or similar sourcing or procurement role. - Demonstrated success in gathering and processing orders in adherence with company policy. - Knowledge of business systems including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) and eProcurement (Coupa) preferred. - Demonstrates high critical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Role Description Responsible for supporting the logistics and maintenance team with complex receiving efforts. The MNT Receiving Specialist will be provided scanned or physical copies of part kits to be received in Ramco or Coupa information systems. This role will include support for AOG events, which may occur during non-traditional business hours. - Daily audit of Maintenance Packing slip database. - Completing open receipt actions to ensure accuracy of component paperwork in the AMIS document. - Ensure that recorded maintenance on part/component is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system. - Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and/or inspections are inherited and forecasting. - Ensure part is moved to appropriate warehouse. - Receive all engine and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system. - Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation. - Determine component calculations to include engine and airframe formulas. - Audit weekly COUPA delinquent receipts and work with mechanics to receive parts that are past 2 weeks of physical receipt. - Asset tracking and updating in RAMCO. - Provide receiving support for the maintenance organization for AOG events occurring during non-traditional business hours. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Previous aviation or system receiving experience required. - Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding. - Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding. - Working knowledge of aviation parts to include maintenance programs and configurations. - Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation requirements (8130, JAA, EASA). - Ability to make simple mathematical calculations. - Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels. - Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
