Role Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee and lead multiple SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation initiatives across a portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes across multiple SAP Cloud ERP implementations. This role requires a strategic leader who can align business objectives, implementation teams, and executive stakeholders while ensuring consistency, quality, and value realization throughout the transformation journey. Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership & Governance - Lead and oversee multiple SAP GROW implementation projects within a transformation program. - Establish program governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures. - Define program objectives, success metrics, milestones, and business outcomes. - Ensure alignment between project teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and executive leadership. - Drive consistency across all workstreams and implementation activities. - Strategic Planning & Execution - Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. - Align program delivery with organizational goals, business priorities, and transformation objectives. - Ensure successful execution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation strategies. - Monitor program performance and proactively address challenges impacting delivery. - Support portfolio planning and prioritization of transformation initiatives. - Stakeholder & Executive Management - Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and steering committees. - Provide regular program updates, status reports, risk assessments, and executive briefings. - Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve cross-project dependencies. - Build trusted relationships with client leadership, SAP partners, and implementation teams. - Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across business and IT organizations. - Financial & Resource Management - Oversee program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and utilization. - Monitor financial performance and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. - Coordinate staffing plans and resource requirements across multiple projects. - Support contract management, change requests, and program-level commercial discussions. - Risk, Quality & Compliance - Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. - Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes. - Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practices. - Establish quality assurance processes and delivery governance standards. - Promote Clean Core principles and Fit-to-Standard adoption across all projects. - Business Transformation & Value Realization - Drive organizational readiness, change management, and business adoption initiatives. - Ensure transformation goals and expected business benefits are achieved. - Track and report value realization metrics and program success indicators. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of SAP program or project management experience. - 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programs. - Proven experience managing multiple SAP implementation projects simultaneously. - Strong experience with: - SAP GROW - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - SAP Activate Methodology - Program Governance - Portfolio Management - Budget & Financial Management - Risk & Dependency Management - Organizational Change Management - Experience working with executive leadership and global delivery teams. - Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications - SAP Activate Project Manager Certification. - PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification. - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience. - Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). - Experience leading global or multi-country ERP transformation programs. - Consulting or system integrator leadership experience. Role Description About the Wildfire Program: RLF’s Wildfire program supports policy change and increased public funding for wildfire resilience in communities and ecosystems across the Western United States. Our program engages in grantmaking, coalition-building, policy development, advocacy, and capacity-building. We work at the federal level and in California, Washington, Colorado, and Montana. The Position: We are seeking a Program Manager to provide programmatic support across RLF’s wildfire resilience initiatives in Washington and California. Program Manager duties span a range of activities, including: - Implementing projects to support wildfire advocacy initiatives - Coalition participation and management - Grants and contracts administration - Creating communications materials - Coordinating meetings and convenings - Supporting program and strategic plan implementation This position reports directly to the Program Officer based in Washington State and will also provide direct support to the Program Officer in California. This role will closely coordinate with another Program Manager who leads overall Wildfire Program Management and Development. This role is remote with a preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone. The Program Manager will be required to travel domestically to attend programmatic and team meetings and events (primarily in Washington and California) at least once a month. This is a full-time, exempt position.
