Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior advisory role delivering enterprise-scale implementations. - 6+ years of Salesforce practitioner experience with deep hands-on background across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) in complex, multi-cloud environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and solution engagements including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. - Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong experience with integration architecture and middleware patterns to design solutions and partner effectively with integration engineers. - Practical experience designing and building AI solutions with Salesforce or other platforms, with the technical depth to evaluate emerging tools and business requirements. - Strong Service Cloud experience. - Strong Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation experience. - Salesforce Application and/or System Architect certifications. What Helps You Stand Out - Regulated industry experience - Healthcare preferred. - Additional Salesforce certifications. - Experience with AI platforms and certifications. - Salesforce consulting experience at a principal level or above. - Experience working in or alongside a Center of Excellence.
