Qualifications - No mortgage experience required, but talent and grit are essential. - Real sales experience is required, particularly in "hard sales." - Seeking to establish and maintain a career as a salesperson. - Thrive working remotely and staying self-motivated. - Have succeeded in fast-paced or performance-based roles. - Bring a strong competitive drive and hunger to earn. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. - Stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings. - Ability to learn quickly is essential; college degrees are not required. Requirements - You need to be comfortable and confident talking to customers on the phone. - You should not have prior experience as a Loan Officer. - You should be able to handle objections and follow up with leads. - You must be responsible for building trust, tailoring a solution, and closing the deal.
