Key Responsibilities - Own the full QA lifecycle for assigned features and releases — from requirements review through test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off - Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites that cover functional, regression, integration, and edge-case scenarios - Build, maintain, and scale automated test frameworks and scripts using open-source and enterprise tooling reducing manual effort and increasing confidence - Perform exploratory, functional, regression, performance, and API testing across our ASP.NET / SQL Server / Azure-hosted SaaS platform - Review system requirements, user stories, and technical design documents early in the development cycle to surface risks and provide meaningful QA feedback - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data engineers to identify, document, reproduce, and verify resolution of defects - Monitor and report on QA metrics - defect density, test coverage, open defect counts, and release readiness - to keep the team data-informed - Investigate root causes of non-conforming software and drive process improvements to prevent recurrence - Stay current with evolving QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends — especially in automation, AI-assisted testing, and SaaS quality practices Company Description Irth Solutions is a market-leading SaaS technology company delivering cloud-based critical infrastructure management solutions to energy, utility, and telecom operators across North America. Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Supervisor / Operations professional to oversee quality assurance processes for ABA sessions while supporting therapist training and system adoption. This role plays a key part in ensuring service quality, compliance, and consistency across therapy delivery. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, personable, and confident in building strong working relationships with therapists, while maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Conduct quality assurance reviews of ABA sessions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards - Monitor session data and documentation within CentralReach (or similar CRM systems) - Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors in session reporting and provide actionable feedback - Train and onboard therapists on CentralReach, including session uploads, data entry, and best practices - Act as a point of support for therapists requiring assistance with system usage or QA-related queries - Develop and maintain QA guidelines, training materials, and process documentation - Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve workflows and data accuracy - Track QA performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership - Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and training methods Qualifications - Experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) environments - Hands-on experience with CentralReach or similar CRM/practice management systems - Strong understanding of ABA session documentation and compliance standards - Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies - Strong training and coaching ability, with confidence in guiding therapists - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and teach systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple therapists and tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Comfortable working U.S. hours Requirements - Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
