• Build and maintain sophisticated, three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decision-making. • Lead the creation of institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations. • Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics sectors. • Support capital raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due diligence inquiries. • Partner with senior leadership to synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- 2–5 years of professional finance experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (deck design).
- Proven track record of creating investor-facing materials and pitch books.
- Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comps, etc.) and three-statement modeling.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Accountant to support the Director of Finance in overseeing the organization's global accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, managing global payroll operations, overseeing client invoicing processes, and handling day-to-day accounting activities. The Sr. Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimizing financial processes, improving internal accounting procedures, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.
