Du arbeitest an einem unserer Standorte und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, flexibel remote zu arbeiten: - Berlin - Hamburg Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet: - Du arbeitest in abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Roll-out maßgeschneiderter Datenmodelle und Datenstrategien. - Du entwickelst und designst hochwertige Datenmodelle sowie datenqualitätsorientierte Datenarchitekturen entlang der gesamten Daten-Wertschöpfungskette – von Cloud-Plattformen über Datenpipelines bis hin zu BI-Reports und ML-Modellen. - Du definierst, implementierst und überwachst Datenqualitätsregeln, -kennzahlen sowie Governance-, Validierungs- und Kontrollmechanismen. - Du berätst Kunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Datenqualität sowie zum Einsatz von KI unter den Aspekten Qualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit. - Du leitest und moderierst Workshops zu Datenqualität, Künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung und wechselst dabei flexibel zwischen Kundeninteraktion und technischer Umsetzung. - Du automatisierst Daten- und Qualitätsprozesse und entwickelst Dich dabei kontinuierlich fachlich wie technologisch weiter. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar). - Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in Datenmodellierung und Datenarchitekturen – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Datenqualität im KI-Kontext. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenbanktechnologien sowie im Microsoft-Umfeld. - Erfahrung mit Plattformen wie Microsoft Fabric, Databricks oder Azure Synapse. - Sichere Beherrschung von Python und SQL. - Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenpipelines, ETL-Prozessen sowie idealerweise mit Tools wie dbt oder Orchestrierungslösungen. - Praxis in Cloud-Umgebungen sowie in der Automatisierung von Daten- und Qualitätsprozessen. - Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Moderationskompetenz sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denken. - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit. - Technologisch offen und lernbereit. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1). • Entwicklung, Automatisierung und Bereitstellung von Cloud-Umgebungen (Private Managed Cloud/Public Cloud) • Aufbau, Betrieb, Optimierung und Support von Applikationen im Kundenumfeld • Monitoring und Incident Management im crossfunktionalen Team • Selbständige Moderation zwischen Operations-Anforderungen und Entwickler-Bedürfnissen • Einsatz von DevOps- und Clean-Code-Prinzipien • Abläufe und Deployment Pipeline im Auge behalten • Regelmäßige Weiterbildung in Cloud-Native Themen und neuesten Trends im Softwarebetrieb

• Lead a migration project from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA with a focus on the FI/CO modules • Analyze existing financial and controlling processes and design optimal target processes as part of the S/4HANA transformation • Take responsibility for product management of our client’s in-house solution for processing financial services • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of the migration • Collaborate closely with business units, IT and external partners to define requirements and implement innovative solutions

• Develop and implement innovative IT strategies • Advise clients on technology trends such as AI • Assume interim leadership roles in IT • Lead complex consulting projects from concept through implementation • Plan resources, manage budgets and timelines • Build long-term client relationships • Conduct market analyses and present findings • Prepare presentations and workshops and deliver training

• You work on varied client projects and are responsible for implementing modern data-engineering architectures with a focus on Microsoft Fabric. • You support clients from requirements analysis through architectural decisions to implementation and the successful transition into operational production. • In doing so, you build deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and adjacent cloud & AI technologies — or develop existing knowledge further into true excellence. • You design and implement advanced data platforms based on Microsoft Fabric. • You shape solutions across the entire data value chain — from the cloud platform through integration and transformation processes to analytics and AI applications. • You work closely with clients in workshops, architecture sessions, and strategic roadmaps, guiding them confidently through transformation phases. • You deliver projects using modern Data & AI technologies — including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure services, and current ML frameworks. • You work with a variety of industries and company sizes across the DACH region, building a broad and valuable range of experience.

• You assist in planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences and client events, including timelines, checklists and deadlines. • You coordinate vendors (catering, AV/technical services, exhibition builders), obtain quotes and track budgets. • You support participant and speaker management, including ticketing, registrations and program involvement. • You assist with communication with organizers, partners, sponsors and internal teams. • You support events on site: organizationally, by staffing booths and as the main contact for vendors and the team. • You coordinate event materials such as booths, giveaways and presentations. • You maintain structured documentation and conduct post-event follow-up.

• You act as a trusted point of contact for our clients on all topics related to SAP Data & Analytics. • You are responsible for producing requirements analyses and designing customized system architectures for SAP analytics solutions. • Together with your committed colleagues, you build data warehouse structures based on SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere. • You play a key role in the development and implementation of ETL processes and data models. • You develop BI and planning applications, for example using SAP Analytics Cloud. • You have the opportunity to take on (partial) project management responsibilities.
