Search Buying Specialist
Channel Factory
• Develop and manage paid search campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Performance Max. • Build keyword strategies, ad copy frameworks, and bidding structures that align with client KPIs. • Continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and performance- improving Quality Scores, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. • Contribute to paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms as needed. • Collaborate with the Social Solutions team to develop integrated search + social strategies for clients. • Partner with the social and sales team to position search and integrated media solutions to prospective and existing clients. • Participate in internal and client meetings to position search as a performance driver within the marketing mix. • Develop and present reporting insights and decks that communicate strategy, performance results, and recommendations. • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, along with internal reporting tools. • Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable optimization recommendations. • Identify trends and translate data into strategic decisions. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure search strategies align with cross channel initiatives. • Stay current on search platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends- and proactively apply new features to client campaigns. • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience; social experience a plus.
- Proven track record managing search campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility.
- Experience working in an agency, ad tech, or media solutions environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and the Google Suite.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Strong command of search KPIs: Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward optimization and testing.
- Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical performance data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience building polished decks and campaign reports.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Google Ads certification required; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus.
- This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.

• Collect and organize medical records for member families seeking virtual Expert Consultations and Remote Second Opinions • Work to create efficiencies in the medical records collection process • Demonstrate excellence in client service, written and oral communication, project management, and problem solving • Collaborate with colleagues on the Remote Second Opinion, Member Experience, and Clinical Operations teams to create the best experience possible for our members
• Work independently to identify, investigate, and proactively solve carrier service disruptions and/or potential disruptions that result in failing to meet agreed upon customer service guarantees. • Help manage LTL and TL transportation spend by utilizing Shipbob tools and processes to identify the lowest cost carrier to meet shipment requirements. • Strengthen ShipBob Freight’s key performance indicators with a focus on on-time pick and on-time delivery by closing monitoring carrier and facility performance and escalating instances of noncompliance. • Responsible for reviewing open orders and optimizing load plans based on critical shipment attributes that include but are not limited to: pallet count, weight, origin, destination. Ship by date, and Deliver by Date. • Book less-than-truckload (LTL), partial, and full truckload (FTL) shipments across multiple business verticals that include but are not limited to: internal transfers within the ShipBob network, client customer orders, client inbound, and client B2B orders. • Monitor carrier performance closely and make any necessary adjustments to our carrier portfolio due to noncompliance and/or repeated service failures. • Timely address freight inquiries and escalations submitted by both our internal client care teams as well as from the client directly. • Work cross functionally in a fast paced environment between various departments, both internally and externally. • Track missed delivery and pick-up appointments for both merchant and ShipBob managed freight and recover any rolled shipments. • Maintain multiple reports specific to Freight team standard work. • Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations. • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
