• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone • Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards • Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement

• Provide medical expertise to support Clinical Operations and Therapy teams. • Plan, conduct, evaluate, and document clinical studies. • Perform medical reviews and provide medical input for study documents and data. • Conduct quality and consistency checks of study data. • Provide medical input for regulatory submissions, ethics committee applications, and regulatory queries. • Participate in meetings with external consultants and internal project teams.

• Perform ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts) • Review, code, and post incoming and outgoing invoices • Execute payment transactions, manage bank accounts, and monitor and maintain open items including dunning/collections • Process travel expense and other expense reimbursements • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) • Prepare VAT returns (preliminary VAT filings) and reconcile with the tax office • Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and financial authorities • Support internal and external audits as well as the annual audit • Produce analyses, reports, and statistics for management, including support for budget planning and control • Monitor fixed assets and perform asset accounting • Maintain and improve internal processes to ensure data quality • Support and train colleagues in accounting processes and systems

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound and receiving inbound calls and determining the proper action for each. The agent will record information, maintain the department's procedures and policies, and assist policyholders and/or interested third parties as needed. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: - Maneuver within the eService (a web-based system) and make proper assessments on decisions from current customers. - Make outbound calls to customers who are eligible for additional coverage. - Receive inbound calls from current customers about adding on additional coverage. - Be able to explain policy benefits. - Complete necessary paperwork when needed. - Assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service. ​ What You Can Bring: - High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. - Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not required. - 1+ years of customer service experience or 1+ years of a professional environment in a customer service-related atmosphere. - Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations are desired. - Customer service background and good phone skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent time-management and organizational skills. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality. - Excellent alpha and number recognition skills. - Demonstrated mathematical abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations calmly and with tact and professionalism. - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions. - Proficient with a computer. - Ability to multi-function from many different sources. - Customer-friendly attitude.
