• Manage and analyze FQHC outcome measures and reporting tools • Collaborate with leadership to track performance and support accreditation and compliance (HRSA, NCQA, etc.) • Provide insights through data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization tools • Support patient satisfaction surveys and quality improvement projects • Contribute to grant reporting and system improvements that impact care outcomes
• Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Design and build ad hoc reports to meet evolving organizational needs • Modify, test, and enhance existing reports to ensure accuracy and usability • Deploy reports and support end users with reporting needs • Partner with the Director of Data Reporting Services on projects and initiatives • Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

• Support onboarding of new Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and pharmacy partners • Manage and update contracts and documentation for audit-readiness • Monitor performance dashboards and pharmacy claims for accuracy • Analyze prescription data to identify new partnership opportunities • Investigate claim mismatches and request reversals when needed • Maintain provider lists and support credentialing tasks • Support audits, reports, and participation in the 340B Oversight Committee • Create presentations and schedule program-related meetings • Act as a resource for internal and external 340B-related communications
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines • Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates to meet hiring goals • Create targeted outreach campaigns and social media content • Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events • Manage candidate pipelines and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support hiring decisions with interviews, assessments, and reference checks • Ensure smooth, timely communication with candidates and hiring teams • Maintain up-to-date recruitment materials that reflect our mission and culture
