• Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends & insights • Build robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, structure analyses, and translate findings into clear business recommendations • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast key outcomes, supporting decision-making • Apply advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to support workforce planning, marketing optimization, and service design • Build and maintain dashboards and data tools to democratize access to insights • Help ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the analytics ecosystem • Document your work and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
- Experience in building dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools
- Experience analyzing and integrating multiple data sources for analytics such as Salesforce/other CRM platforms & Google Analytics
