• Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Business Intelligence, Unternehmensplanung und Konzernkonsolidierung • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Finance, Controlling und Konzernrechnungswesen • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Lösungsarchitekturen auf Basis von IBM Planning Analytics TM1 • Übersetzung betriebswirtschaftlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen und Systemkonzepte • Modellierung und Implementierung von OLAP Lösungen, Reports, Dashboards und Planungssystemen • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenintegrationen aus ERP, Finanz- und Vorsystemen • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme • Durchführung von Workshops, Anwenderschulungen und Präsentationen beim Kunden • Langfristige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenlösungen • Unterstützung bei Presales Aktivitäten, Lösungskonzepten und Kundenpräsentationen

• As a Sales Consultant, you advise existing partners on technical questions and promote long-term cooperation. • Manage and expand existing customer relationships with a focus on cross-selling and generating leads from the existing customer base (no cold calling). • Direct sales of infrastructure software for Windows systems; actively support reseller partners and ensure optimal product positioning in the market. • Develop new business opportunities from the existing customer base and support partners during implementation. • Acquire new business through consultative advising and by strengthening long-term partnerships.

• Advising customers on the planning and implementation of projects in the field of photovoltaic systems and large battery storage • Analyzing customer requirements and developing technical solution concepts • Managing assigned customers and building long-term business relationships • Delivering presentations and conducting negotiations on technical matters • Close coordination with internal departments such as planning, project management and marketing • Monitoring market and competitors to support the sales strategy • Preparing quotations, sales forecasts and regular reports

• Coordinate IT projects: Implement projects in the areas of ERP, HR, MES and other application systems • Analyze requirements: Assess and prioritize change and enhancement requests for existing systems • Ensure system operations: Monitor applications in production and ensure stability and efficiency • Evolve the system landscape: Continuously improve and optimize applications • Analyze costs and usage: Review and optimize licenses and system usage in line with company requirements • Introduce new tools: Support the rollout of new applications and their integration into existing processes

• Im Fokus stehen operative Analysen, saubere Entscheidungsgrundlagen und der Aufbau einer belastbaren FP&A-Funktion. • Du kümmerst dich unter anderem um: Analyse von Umsätzen, Kosten, Margen und Vendor-Strukturen im operativen Geschäft • Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen, Auffälligkeiten und Inkonsistenzen • Mitarbeit im monatlichen Reporting sowie Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts • Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Investoren • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern sowie intern mit Accounting, Operations und Business-Teams zur Klärung von Zahlen und Ursachen • Weiterentwicklung von FP&A-Reports, KPIs und Analysemodellen • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Datenqualität, Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit • Einsatz moderner Tools wie BI-Lösungen, Automatisierung oder AI zur Effizienzsteigerung

• Ongoing accounting: You will independently manage day-to-day accounting, including monthly closing processes. • Payment transactions: You will monitor and execute payment runs reliably and on schedule. • Account reconciliation: You will be responsible for ongoing reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounts. • Project involvement: You will actively participate in cross-functional and process-related projects and contribute your experience. • Point of contact: You will serve as a competent interface for clients and suppliers on accounting matters. • Master data maintenance: You will ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in the system. • Year-end closing support: You will assist with accounting and year-end closing tasks in accordance with IFRS. • Administrative duties: As a Senior Accountant, you will additionally take on organizational and administrative tasks in the finance area and actively contribute to process optimizations.
