Role Description We are looking for Sales Hunter for our Outbound Team! - Acquire new clients (new logos) for Netguru's services, including AI, digital commerce, product development, and team extension. - Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and opportunity qualification to negotiation and deal closure. - Leverage your existing network and market relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities. - Build, manage, and grow your own sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, qualification, and closing activities. - Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, Head of) to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where Netguru can deliver value. - Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to prepare proposals, solutions, and compelling value propositions. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. Qualifications - Proven track record of success in new business sales within IT services, software development, consulting, or a software house environment. - An existing network of relevant industry contacts that can be activated to generate business opportunities quickly. - Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, self-driven approach and a results-oriented mindset. - Comfortable operating in a commission-driven environment and motivated by exceeding targets. - Experience selling value-based solutions rather than competing primarily on price. - Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently close deals. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior business stakeholders and executives. - Professional fluency in both Polish and English. - Experience or interest in AI, digital commerce, or product development is a strong advantage. Role Description This role owns new business development and account growth across an assigned North American territory serving refining, petrochemical and gas processing customers through technical, value-based selling and strong customer engagement. - Achieve monthly and annual sales and margin objectives across the assigned North American territory. - Develop and execute a disciplined territory growth strategy focused on refining, petrochemical, and gas processing markets, including account segmentation and target account planning. - Drive new business development by identifying, engaging and converting new end users and strategic sites while expanding presence within existing accounts. - Conduct technical solution presentations for key and target accounts, clearly communicating application value and performance advantages. - Collaborate with external engineers, EPCs and consultants to influence project specifications, support submittals and position products early in the project lifecycle. - Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partners, driving growth through consultative, solution-oriented selling rather than price driven discussions. - Build, qualify and advance a healthy sales pipeline from discovery through close, maintaining accurate CRM activity, forecasting and reporting. - Negotiate commercial terms within established pricing and margin guidelines while coordinating with internal teams to deliver on customer commitments. - Capture and communicate voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trends to support continuous improvement and growth initiatives.
