Licensing and Business Development Analyst

• Lead quoting, renewal, acquisition and license management processes with clients. • Work directly with distribution partners and manufacturers. • Ensure correct execution of administrative and commercial processes related to licensing. • Monitor renewal deadlines, expirations and opportunities for customer upgrades. • Maintain controls and key performance indicators for the licensing operation. • Develop operational relationships with strategic partners. • Track incentive programs, campaigns and opportunities made available by manufacturers. • Ensure alignment between SGA and partners to streamline commercial and operational processes. • Constantly pursue new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem. • Map and contact clients who currently purchase only licensing and identify opportunities to expand the commercial relationship. • Provide the sales team with qualified opportunities for projects and services. • Build relationships with procurement and supply departments of target companies. • Conduct vendor qualification and approval processes. • Monitor and identify RFPs and purchasing opportunities related to SGA's portfolio. • Schedule and deliver SGA corporate presentations for procurement teams and coordinate with the commercial team for presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with Microsoft licensing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs for mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Experience working with distributors and technology partners.
- Experience with commercial and administrative processes related to license sales.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Role Description We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of our customer-facing digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, support teams, and customers to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver system enhancements that make a real impact.
