Role Description We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of our customer-facing digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, support teams, and customers to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver system enhancements that make a real impact. • Serve as a primary contributor to the design, development, integration, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's financial systems. • Lead small projects or subprojects, sharing responsibility with team members for on-time product delivery. • Support the financial systems integration of newly acquired businesses. • Assist in the rollout of Fusion and related applications/bolt-ons to existing Avery Dennison businesses. • Facilitate the integration of new business acquisitions into the Avery Dennison Financial & support model. • Develop, maintain, and enhance existing applications using standard programming languages and established development methodologies. • Provide expert analysis, design, development, and integration services for business applications within assigned projects. • Support and compliance with Avery Dennison's controls (SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, etc.), policies, processes, and procedures.

• Support an Agile team delivering capabilities for an enterprise financial software system and web application. • Translate business and system needs into clear requirements, user stories, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, designers, architects, developers, and delivery teams. • Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation. • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, confirm priorities, and translate requirements into actionable work for development teams. • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization in partnership with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, test scenarios, requirements traceability, wireframes, mockups, and status materials. • Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences. • Coordinate with program, project, architecture, technical, and delivery teams to support Agile execution across a large program.
