Media Analyst Department: Activation - Europe Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Spain - Remote Description This is an entry-level role sits within our Activation specialism which provides campaign analysis for our clients who are among the world’s largest advertisers working with Data Collection and Deliverables for Value Track and Agency Selection via Global Media Platform. Position based in Spain. Required full right to work. Key Responsibilities - Collection and processing of data, which involves liaising with media agencies to organise and co-ordinate the data supply. Media audit and media performance analysis. - Regular contact with agencies to gather data and respond to their feedback. Correct data issues and align matching and benchmarks. - Organising and comparing data, checking and analysing discrepancies between audited data. Provide accurate analysis and high-quality outputs using internal company tools and/or Excel. - Analysis of media campaigns vs. guarantees across cost and quality KPI's on different media channels including TV, Digital, OOH, Radio and Print. - Creating presentations to assist with the consultancy to our clients. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - You will be fluent in English. English is essential for daily communication. - Your education ideally has been focused on marketing, advertising, business administration or similar. - Demonstrates strong organizational skills by structuring tasks effectively and ensuring attention to detail in daily operations. - You have a strong analytical mind. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Role Description As an Associate Director Insights, you play an essential role helping clients create new solutions maximizing their media investment’s effectiveness and efficiency. - Be a trusted media advisor who can clearly articulate Insights, Storytelling & Actionable next steps with a focus on digital media channels for our clients. - Lead client presentations & conversations with our Client Partners and manage a team of Digital Insight Senior Consultants and Consultants (training and career development). - Partner with our TV & Video Insights Americas Team and directly partner with our Activation Team. - Participate in product innovation sessions with our Product + Solutions Team. • Produce data-driven insights across a variety of media auditing services including media cost & quality benchmarking, agency pitch reviews, savings verification, and media consulting. • Liaising with agencies, presenting findings to clients, and contributing to the development of new business. • Helping senior client stakeholders understand the offline world, identify the best shape for their investment, and train and consult with them on an ongoing basis. • Present and provide advice to clients across a variety of US media channels. • Become a superuser of internal reporting platforms to lead the delivery and presentation of tech-enabled storytelling. • Support the Activation team where necessary in collecting data from media agencies. • Help to deliver a range of additional consultative work to clients (e.g., client training; pre-flight campaign support; media agency pitch management and media process assessments). • Provide client account management support, assist client leads in commercial decisions, contract renewals, and client business planning. • Assist client leads in identifying opportunities to expand our remit with key clients and introduce them to other Ebiquity services.
