• Responsible for end-to-end management of Export LC Payments and related sub products. • Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to Export Finance and Payments. • Ensure all procedures comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines. • Review customer complaints and take immediate action. • Ensure SLA adherence and processing as per SOP. • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents. • Ensure efficient processing of transactions and quality services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9-12 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations.
- Expert level knowledge in Understanding of Export Payment under Letter of Credit.
- Expert level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs.
- Understanding of amortization principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
