This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms. Role Description The BIM Technician will support the MEP Engineers, BIM Managers, and Project Managers with responsibilities to coordinate across various groups. This position will use Revit MEP, ACC / BIM 360, and Navisworks for production of a variety of projects. The scope of work will involve both small and large-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection projects. The BIM Technician will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, working under immediate supervision. Their main point of contact will be their Manager and the Senior Staff they are assigned to either as a Trade Specific Modeler working with Engineers or as a Generalist working with BIM Managers.
